Dr. Narciso H. Montas

President founder of Membership Therapy Center and the Senior Pastor of Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, Inc., Revelation 3:20 Theological University, Revelation School of Florida High School.

Dr. Narciso  H. Montas is associated to the Membership Therapy Center as the Executive Director of the division of Clinical Pastoral Care for those who desire integrated faith-based counseling. In 2005, Dr. Narciso Montas graduated Suma Cume Laude and obtained a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Christian Counseling from Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College located in Tampa, Florida.  In 2009, Dr. Narciso H. Montas was honored as the President/Chaplain of the U.S. and South Florida region of the Federal Police Chaplains, Inc.’s outreach educational  program. Recognized by the U.S. Department of State, the organization’s main facility is  in Arecibo, run by an FBI Coronel Dr. William Pagan Cosme from Puerto Rico, U.S.A.

Dr. Narciso H.  Montas’s devotion to the ministry and the community  includes education , clinical pastoral counseling, food distribution and other services such as referrals to other agencies,  particularly with the homeless population. He has a track record of over 15 years of experience in spiritual counseling youth , substance abuse and marriage and family therapy.

Dr. Narciso H. Montas is the recipient of numerous leadership recognitions for his dedication to community affairs. Recently, Dr. Narciso H. Montas received a Nomination for the Certificate of Congressional Recognition for his dedication  and outstanding invaluable service to our community as a successful Hispanic leader in South Florida. His work is acknowledged by government agencies that include the City of Homestead, Miami-Dade County, New Jersey, Dominican Republic,  Latin America including Brazil , and Ohio.

 

Dr. Juan Diego Oms

is the Medical Director. He is Board Certified in the state of Florida. In 2003, Dr. Oms completed his medical education in New York Medical College, Valhalla, New York, and Fifth Pathway Program. In 2009, Dr. Oms completed a Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship. In 2008, he completed the General Psychiatry Residency program at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Oms has admitting privileges at Jackson Memorial Hospital and New Horizons CMHC. Dr. Om’s memberships include the American Psychiatric Association, American Medical Association, and Florida Psychiatric Society. Presently, he is a Voluntary Faculty Staff at both UM Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences Department and Mitchell Wolfson Sr. Department of Community Service UM/ Miller School of Medicine.

Dr. Oms has extensive experience in directing other community mental health organizations and working with addiction treatment programs. Dr. Oms actively participates in community health fairs. He is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dr. Luz De Jesús Montas

A Clinical psychotherapist, at MTC. Dr. Luz De Jesus Montas has extensive experience working with substance abuse, Marriage and Family therapy and Children at risks for the past 8 years.

  In 2009, she became an active Chaplain of the Federal Police Chaplains, Inc. located in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. Dr. Luz Dejesus -Montas has has worked with the South Florida community as Christian Counselor, Educator and disaster relief agent Such as FEMA along side with other  national organizations.

She has received numerous accolades and letters of recommendations from dignitaries for her work and positive impact in the community of South Florida. Dr. Luz Dejesus Montas is also an ordained minister in the State of Florida  at Revelation 3:20 where senior Pastor and husband is the President of Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, Inc., and she is also  faculty and Board Member of Revelation 3:20 Theological University.

In 2005, she obtained a Master of Science Degree with a focus on education and mental health from Carlos Albizu University. She also accomplished a Master Degree in guidance counselor  at Ana G. Mendez Universidad of Puerto Rico, 2011/ in 2009; Dr. Luz De Jesus Montas joined the Ph.D program at Grand Canyon University and completed 24 credits in behavioral health. At this time Dr. Luz Dejesus Montas will be completing the additional requirements to attend medical School in 2012-13. She is also a graduate student from Faith Theological Seminary & Christian College with Suma Cume Laude and obtained a Ph.D. in Philosophy and Christian Counseling from Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College.

 

Rev. Iris De Jesus

is ordained in the State of Florida and as of 2009 is an active Chaplain with the Federal Police Chaplains, Inc. located in Arecibo, Puerto Rico with its recognition with the U.S. Department of State. She is currently involved with Kairos Ministry visiting incarcerated women and providing pastoral counseling in her capacity as a pastoral counselor and minister.

She is certified by the Board of Christian Counselors upon completing 400 hours of Clinical Pastoral Counseling with specialty in grief counseling with the Clinical Pastoral Care Department of Jackson Memorial Hospital affiliated to the University of Miami. JMH has one of the most comprehensive arrays of treatment services in all areas of medicine in the world. Rev. De Jesus is currently a Master of Science Student in Marriage and Family Therapy Program to obtain license as such by the State of Florida. Rev. De Jesus is also a faculty member of Revelation 3:20 Theological University.

In 2008, she graduated Suma Cume Laude and obtained a Doctor of Christian Counseling from Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College. In 1995, Rev. De Jesus obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida. Rev. De Jesus has been involved in the area of human rights for the past 20 years, working with top firms with AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell in the area of Immigration and Nationality law. She serves on the Board of Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, Inc.; she is a faculty member of the Membership Therapy Center providing administrative support and Clinical Pastoral Care.

Mr. Earl J. Spooner

honorably retired from thirty seven years of service to the Department of Homeland Security & Border Protection of the United States. Mr. Spooner was a Supervisor, Customs Inspection and Immigration Inspector at Miami International Airport and Miami Sea Port. He worked as a Supervisor-Assistant Chief of Detention and Enforcement Officers at the Krome Detention Center in Miami, Florida.

He worked as a Supervisor at the Brooklyn Detention Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. Mr. Spooner served for two years in the U.S. Armed Forces. He attended New York City College. He provides administrative support to the clinic in all areas including security. Mr. Spooner is fluent in English and Spanish.
